Adaptation is the resilience of a system to changes—both external and internal. We all live in a constantly changing world, and we too must change. Up to a certain threshold, transformations in the world don’t noticeably affect a person’s life or behavior. This is possible when their resilience to change is high. In such cases, the body adapts on its own, and we don’t even notice. The higher the adaptive potential, the greater the changes we can endure without serious consequences. However, with low adaptive potential, the adaptation process can break down, leading to disorders, dysfunctions, or pathologies.
Using the Adaptogen gradually increases a person’s adaptive potential, making them more resilient to sudden changes. This applies to physiological, psychological, social, and energetic adaptation.

To change, any system—whether consciousness or the body—must first receive information. How do we receive information for adaptation? Every organism somehow learns about changes in the world. All biosystems have a Light Perception System (Human Light System). Before an important event or simply ahead of an active and intense day, you can support yourself and align with it in advance.
- Take the Adaptogen (place it beside you or simply hold it in your hands)
- Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take 2–3 deep breaths in and out
- While breathing steadily and keeping your eyes closed, place one hand on your head and the other on your chest over your heart. Feel the connection between your heart and consciousness. Continue breathing deeply and evenly
- Now mentally imagine that you—your essence, your multidimensional consciousness along with your spirit and soul—rise above your physical body, connecting with the Unconscious. Visualize the invisible field of the Unconscious enveloping you
- Ask the Unconscious a question: “What will help me be in a resourceful state tomorrow?” or “How can I strengthen and support myself?” The simpler and clearer the question, the better. You can prepare your question in advance
- Breathe as you gaze into your inner space. Observe calmly and allow the answer to emerge in your awareness. The response may come in any form: images, words, objects, or simply a clear knowing of what to do
- Once you receive the answer, mentally return to your body. Take a pen or pencil and quickly write down or sketch everything you remember. The first images, words, or actions that come to mind will be your clue—the answer to your question. Even if it’s unclear at first how to apply it, clarity will come. You can repeat the practice several times, asking additional questions to your Unconscious
- Apply the answers in practice. The more often you connect with your Unconscious, the stronger the bridge between your conscious and unconscious mind becomes. You’ll begin making more accurate and optimal decisions
